For our department Compliance Sales Partner and Trade Affairs we are looking for an (Junior) Compliance Manager (m/f/d): Your Responsibilities: Compliance Monitoring & Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures particularly in relation to sales partners and trade activities Risk Assessment: Support regular risk assessments and due diligence processes for new and existing sales partners Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews, trainings and investigations. Prepare regular compliance reports for management Regulatory Research: Monitor and research relevant regulatory developments including trade regulations, anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption laws and industry standards Training & Awareness: Support the design and delivery of compliance training sessions and awareness programs for internal teams and external sales partners Incident Management: Assist in investigating and resolving compliance‑related incidents and support the implementation of remedial actions Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Trade Affairs and other departments to ensure consistent compliance practices and resolve compliance‑related queries Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for enhancing compliance processes and systems Your Profil: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or a related field Initial experience (internship, student role or 1‑2 years professional experience) in compliance, risk management, legal or trade affairs is an advantage Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team High level of integrity and reliability High command of German and good command of English; other languages are a plus Your Benefits: You #J-18808-Ljbffr
